Absolutely. I specialize in self-employed borrowers. Bank Statement Loans let you qualify on 12 or 24 months of deposits — no tax returns required. Non-QM programs include asset depletion and investor cash flow loans. Loan amounts up to $5M are available. Your write-offs don't have to disqualify you.
It depends on the loan type: Conventional loans start at 3% down, FHA at 3.5%, and VA loans require 0% for eligible veterans. Through APM's 1% Home program, qualified buyers can purchase with just 1% down — APM contributes a 2% grant. Jumbo loans typically require 10–20% depending on loan size and property type.
